PixieLane Shipping Policy

Order Processing
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible!
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (24–48 hours) after you place your order. During high-volume periods—such as large sales or holidays—processing times may take a little longer than usual.
Processing times refer to business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after our daily cut-off or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order before it is shipped, while shipping time refers to the time your package spends in transit with the carrier.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, it will ship using the option you select at checkout. Current options include:
• Flat Rate – Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
• UPS® Ground – Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days
• UPS® 3 Day Select® – Delivery in 3 business days
• UPS® 2nd Day Air® – Delivery in 2 business days
Please note:
• Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
• UPS does not deliver 2nd Day Air® or 3 Day Select® shipments on weekends or holidays. Orders shipped later in the week may deliver early the following week.
• Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
• UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address when selecting UPS shipping methods, or choose Flat Rate shipping for P.O. Box deliveries.

Carrier Delays
Carriers are no longer guaranteeing delivery times for expedited services.
While we will always ship your order promptly using the service you select, refunds are not available for shipping charges if a carrier experiences delays or your package arrives later than the estimated delivery window.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
• carrier volume
• weather conditions
• regional disruptions
• peak holiday periods

High-Volume & Holiday Periods
During busy seasons such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday or major promotional events, our 3PL fulfillment partner handles high order volumes.
While they strive to maintain our standard 24–48 hour turnaround, orders may occasionally take longer to leave the warehouse.
We appreciate your patience—our team and partners are working hard to get every package on its way as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
• check with neighbors or household members
• check around your delivery area
• contact the carrier using the tracking number
Once a package is confirmed delivered to the address provided, PixieLane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
PixieLane is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

International shipping may be available to select destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary due to customs processing and local carrier handling.

Prices, shipping costs, and delivery estimates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
If we must cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
