What is store credit?
Store credit is like having a gift balance saved to your account. You can use it just like cash the next time you shop with us — whether it's from a return, a reward, or a special promotion. It's our way of making sure you always get the value you deserve.
How do I join?
You can opt in to become a VIP member by completing a purchase online and selecting the VIP option at Cart. Once your order has been placed, you'll automatically join our exclusive monthly membership!
Does PixieLane+ have a monthly fee?
Your first month is free. 30 days after your first purchase, you'll be charged $29/month that becomes store credit unless you Pause or Cancel before your next payment date. Your monthly payment date is the anniversary of your initial payment, i.e. You signed up September 19, your next payment will be charged on October 19.
When do store credits expire?
No time limits here — your store credit stays in your account until you're ready to use it.
How long do I have to keep my membership?
There is no commitment on your end! You can pause, skip, or cancel at any point.
How can I use my credit?
You can use your store credit by logging into your account. If you forgot to do so before, you can also log in during checkout. You'll be shown the credit value at checkout, where you can apply it to your order.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can easily cancel the membership by logging in to your account. Click "Manage Membership" and choose "Cancel Membership" in the menu. Simply select the reason for cancellation in the menu and click "cancel". You can always reactivate your membership by logging back in and hitting the "Reactivate Membership" button.
