Refund policy

PixieLane Return & Refund Policy


Effective Date: March 10, 2026


We hope you love what you ordered, but just in case you don’t — or if the fit or style wasn’t quite right — we are happy to offer a return.


Simply submit your request within 30 days of delivery here.

 

Please note: Exchanges do not reset the 30-day return window. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original order delivery date.

 

Return Eligibility


Items must be returned in their original condition, including:

• unworn

• unwashed

• tags attached


Items not in this condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.



Final Sale Items


Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


Final sale designations may apply to clearance items, special promotions, or other items indicated as final sale at the time of purchase.



Return Instructions


Please note the following:

• Each order requires its own return request, package, and prepaid return label.

• Do not combine multiple orders into one return shipment, as this may delay processing.

• Returns should be submitted through our return portal so that a prepaid shipping label can be generated.


Returns sent through our return portal are processed most efficiently and are eligible for standard refund handling based on our policy.


Returns sent outside of our return system may experience delays and may be subject to different processing methods, including store credit issued at our discretion.



Return Processing Fee


A $7 non-refundable return processing fee will be deducted from your refund for returns and exchanges. Some exclusions may apply.



Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed based on the refund method selected during the return process.


Customers may choose between a refund to the original form of payment or store credit, where applicable. Please note that in some cases - such as returns submitted outside of the eligible return window - refunds may be issued as store credit only.


Please allow 5 –10 business days after your return is received for processing.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.



Exchanges


If you would like a different size or style, you may request an exchange through the return portal, subject to availability.



International Orders


All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 



Price Adjustments


PixieLane does not offer price adjustments for items purchased prior to a promotion or sale.



Purchases from PixieLane Consultants


Items purchased from a PixieLane consultant must be returned or exchanged directly with the consultant from whom the item was purchased.



Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@pixielane.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
